Life changes afforded me the chance to live and work in New Zealand, where I experienced a unique approach to nurturing children's growth and learning. Following that enriching experience, I served as a director in Chicago for 10 years, supporting staff, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. Now, as a single mother of three, I've returned to New York and am eager to support the field I feel so passionately about. The day-to-day operations of childcare can be demanding, and as with most things child-related, it truly takes a village.
